As an autistic furry, all my life I was bullied and was taught to be ashamed of my autism by bullies and ableists. I kept it all a secret until some traitors I thought were my "friends" revealed it after they caused drama, and decided they want to fall out with me.
But now I'm proud of my autism and honestly? being #ActuallyAutistic ain't so bad! It's just who I am and that's okay! So screw ableists, I'm taking part in autism pride and acceptance whether they like it or not! >:3 dabs on em haters (づɯ0)づ It is perfectly okay to be autistic so just be you and don't let anyone tell you otherwise ^w^ Cos after all, being yourself is way better than being someone you're not!
