I decided randomly one night(after moving back to Washington) to paint an internet meme, and that meme was Raptor Jesus. I also hadn’t painted in awhile and I saw this old canvas I had decided to attempt to paint on, but never got around to it. This was the end result.

I went with more of a scientific raptor, with feathers and being a Deinonychus…since the jurassic park raptor head is used time and time for it. We all know that was a Deinonychus.

I also used an ammonite fossil because that seems more appropriate for it instead of a heart. Also due to the recent twitch plays pokemon meme’s as well….the Helix fossil.

Also excuse me on my hebrew, It says “I went extinct for your sins.”

I might later on sell this, but that depends on how interested people would be.

Done on 16.5” x 12.5”? stretched canvas with acrylic, gouache, and gold metallic paint, as well as ink pen.
