so i am still way too slow with line work and too stiff with eastern styled approaches (also i had a lot of other chores to do today) this is due to most of my early years (decades) looking at artists like Frazzetta and Schultz were as other artist look more at Otomo and Miyazaki.

to truly get a good feel for this style i just have to practice and eventually i will get there. the reasons why i want to truly grasp this anime style is from a love of the style itself, it is a useful tool to have because of popularity and because the process of learning it is enjoyable
