Moar forgotten characters. This time a feline (cat of some sorts) character called Romanof. He is rather large cat and has thumbs that work as mutation and his other toes are also a bit longer than normal. Therefore he likes to build stuff and make jewelry. Like a mad scientist. And yes, he wears a vest and has a monocle :D
