Take time with your line art, don't let your lines overlap unless it's needed. I can't tell what medium you use, but try looking up some tips and color in your art slowly.
When drawing the head, try sketching a circle first and then the jawline. It can give you a rough estimate of how your head will be.
(I think the character is wearing stockings?) I like that you notice that the leg does tend to squeeze into the tight clothing, but only about a good millimeter or two. Draw a very small hump the, to where it's bearly noticeable.
