Here's the color shot I did for the newspaper clipping in the last image. I decided to do the picture in color, then convert to black and white, so that I would capture the proper depth to all the shading... And so I could have a full-color image of the gorgeous Dakota wearing a heaping helping of pie cream on her muzz. Can you fault me for that?
