Well, umm, this is quite an unusual inclusion. The implementation of Doctor Masque was challenging due to the physics of their robes being animated. Work on the Doc began back in February after Lyle the leopard's completion, however animating the robes swaying like they're in wind was so annoying, the animators gave up and worked on other characters. It's nearly three months later, and the Doctor has warned us that legal action will be taken if we do not fulfill the contract they signed with the game developers to include them as a fighter. So during this crunch period, we did our best to complete Doctor Masque as the 28th character on the roster. Doctor Masque's moveset consists of no actual attacks because they swore an oath to first do no harm, and instead heal the opponent. Choosing Doctor Masque therefore is an automatic loss, either by the opponent knocking the doctor out, or by timeout if the doctor avoids damage for 99 seconds. There, are you happy Doctor?! The contract said we had to make you into a fighter, not that you had to be a VIABLE fighter for competition.
