I was watching a video on the controversy about so-called psychic spoon bender Uri Geller and the Pokémon Kadabra https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4yMhjHFhGE and it inspired me to draw this. One of Geller's biggest critics was magician James Randi (RIP), who offered a $1million prize for anyone that could prove they had legit psychic powers. Well, the world of Pokémon is full of psychics, so they should be able to win the prize easily, right? Unfortunately Mewtwo has beaten any other psychic Pokémon from claiming the prize. So we were robbed of a hilarious scene where a Kadabra could have won the money as a final insult to Uri, beating Randi's challenge and accomplishing what Uri never did.

The Mewtwo head in the left corner was a first attempt at this sketch that I didn't like, so I drew Mewtwo's face looking more exaggerated.
