Zonda and Alpha, despite not being the main Retcan characters in D.E1 do hold a very special place in the story. For those who have read it, you might be familiar with them after almost half of Part 2 was entirely dedicated to their adventure. I feel a bit bad because I don't really remember when I created Alpha, or what his role was. Nonetheless, he has become not only a unique character, but also part of Zonda. Both of them compliment their story, and one could simply not exist without the other.

It's complicated... At first, Zonda and Alpha were actual brothers, but that kind of changed with time and instead of being siblings, they became just colleagues since I felt I had way too many sibling pairing in my story already. However, that evolved much further into the years, and more than just being fellow warriors, and Retcan brothers, they became (how should I put this so it doesn't feel like if it's being seen by a human perspective...) "life partners," let's say. I must sound like a broken record, explaining how my character's society, or "furred beings" as they call themselves is different from us, but it is probably necessary to say that the circumstances in their life have created an unbreakable bond between Zonda and Alpha. Outside their duties as the strongest warrior leaders of R105, they have an outstandingly warm and pure love for each other. They couldn't live without each other and will be together for the rest of their life, as they have been ever since pups.

More information of them will be given in their ref sheets in regards of their back story. Zonda is the general in the warrior forces of R105, Alpha being second in charge. Both are veteran warriors with experience that comes way back to the Great War for Lusceonis. They have history with Silver and Titan, as well as Shadow, the oldest Retcan on board R105, which was once their mentor.

Zonda is a lot more serious, silent and slightly stronger than Alpha. He is a brutal Retcan warrior, master in Lusceonis Defense Arts, weapons, as well as air and space combat. He won't hesitate a second to bring down his enemies if his own race or friends are endangered. Alpha is very close to Zonda in terms of abilities, although were he surpasses his buddy is in the air and space combat (a.k.a: Fighter Pilot). Alpha is slightly different than Zonda in terms of character though. Although he is a fearsome warrior as dangerous for anyone who attempts against him and his race, he will rather use dialog and reason. Behind those menacing red eyes, he is a very gentle and peaceful Retcan. He once even admitted to not liking being a warrior and only did it to be close to Zonda and protect him. He claims that for Zonda he would not only go to the very end of the universe and back, but give his own existence...
