I finally, FINALLY got comfortable enough with my skill level to attempt one of my major characters in "human" form. Garoch (pronounced gair-ick) is a character who is very near and dear to my heart. You may recognize his dragon form http://fav.me/d64gi5p

He is the god of destruction in my headworld Velukaelo. He is NOT malevolent, however. He acts as a force of nature, not as a creature of evil, and when shit fights break out between the gods he always sides with the "good guys". Although powerful and intimidating, he is extremely shy and generally a nice guy. He lives on a remote tropical island with his "henchmen" (mini aquatic fire dragons called salamanders), his mate Knite, some of their kids, and a couple other misfit deities. He is a "fire dragon" of course, but he absolutely loves the water and often unintentionally scares the shit out of nearby ships by surfacing near them xD

Oh, and its a little difficult to tell here but he does have four arms. And if you can't tell who I used as a face ref imma slap you.

Finally done! I could have nitpicked for a few more hours but decided not to xD I hope to do some more human(ish) art in the near future, although I'm not comfortable taking human commissions just yet :P
