MUSH MUSH BLEGH

Spent quite a few hours today working with photoshop brushes/filters/color with this piece. But I think I got it to a level that really conveys the emotion I wanted to come forth.
The whole BG is made of various tree and grunge brushes thrown over a quick painted gradient.
I have got to practice a bit more before I can make branches look the way I want by hand but this will work for this personal piece regardless!
