I always thought Beehonie was an adorable love interest for Kisseyfur, so he gave his rabbit friend a new dress that fits her bows. She seems to really like it, as Kisseyfur points out that she looks great with the dress on! Now that I think about it when uploading this picture, Beehonie has some similarities with Bijou: They're both rodents with white fur, have ribbons on, and are a love interest for the protagonist.
