Sick of a life in retail, Yuri Vasilev begins to wish he could live any other kind of life while on his way home. Shortly after, a bright light consumes the world around Yuri and a mysterious bus lay before him. Mistaking it for the bus to bring him home, he boards it and ends up in a crash. After the crash, Yuri finds himself at Redd Manor... a place full of those sick of life.
