Just like any other species, Elysians occasionally have mutations too. In the case of this one, they have many abilities and can switch between them at will, as well as being able to wield multiple bound weapons at a time. However, mutations like this are incredibly rare, just as they normally are in nature, and they seem to not be able to be passed down from generation to generation.

Not as much of a problem, considering Elysians are pretty much immune to aging past a certain point, but still.
