In Lady's story, she is the advisor of a kingdom, and over the generations, her advice falls out of favor, leading her to eventually destroy the kingdom in a fit of rage. However, in this AU, Lady would have been given the kingdom to rule over, being able to lead it to prosper and grow well into the modern age. Under her rule, not only would the kingdom itself survive and thrive, but her policies would change the world around it for the better, as well. While still not a utopia, a world with her ruling a country would have much less strife to worry about.
