quick commission I did for Ninetails only because I needed a Deviantart sub because I usually don't take those ^^; (too busy) of her character Fen seen here.

Notably you can sorta tell if you zoom in and look at it but yeah this isn't traditional watercolour, this drawing was done start to finish digitally. I actually did try to manipulate texture use to make it look like it was a drawing that was cut out and put against a different material.
Some of the things I used is these textures as well as well as the paper texture that comes with sai itself. Also while I didn't follow it step by step a way to learn to mimic the style of watercolour within sai can be found here. Lastly for the lineart I used a brush that kinda mimics the look of actually ballpoint kinda pen lineart but I don't remember where I got a texture called "spread" to make it. If you all want I can go digging it up but otherwise I'm sure you could find similar brushes you can make.
