Lejyl is near immortal living slime that comes from another world. Their generally adorable exterior is misleading as Lejyl is actually quite jaded and verbally aggressive making them particularly unpleasant to be around.

When it comes to the kaiju thing I’m doing now one thing I wanted was to bring back a few of my old alien species I had planned for my webcomic that didn’t go anywhere. Lejyl isn’t much different from their original iteration though there is some lore differences. Originally this creature would only get big in response to hitting puberty, asexually reproduce then die. Lejyl has no juvenile state the getting big thing is something they willingly control. When new!Lejyl is “born” they have all the same memories/personality so its literally just a new body not an offspring.

You know… just giving you the info in case you thought you could wait for them to go through its life cycle to deal with a less miserable slime monster. Big ol’ nope on that!
