This was a request i gotten from Woolyphant on FA of my main fursona Glitterbaby Kitty as the 10th doctor from doctor who

I chose this doctor because he's my favorite dr even though i do love matt smith as the 11th dr as well ^^

Maybe next time i get to request something from someone i might have glitter in the 11th dr outfit who knows
