Dumb title for cliche picture.
In my defence, this isn't what I intended to do with that dragon sketch. I just drew the dragon at completely the wrong angle for what I wanted and didn't want a decent sketch to just never emerge. So I put together a rather basic background for it.
Tried to work with colour, but theres so many different colour related things I need to work on that I have no idea if any of it has gone right. I really do need to get into the habit of including those things so I can get ~better~ at them.. or rather, learn how the hell they work. For all I know, you got to be a wizard to pull it off I:
One day I'll be a wizard one day
I also learnt the fine line between "moving the shading colour to orange" and "Well done Jodie, the entire dragon is now orange" and that putting brown spots on a yellow/ gold base just makes it look like a banana. Good if you want banana, bad if you want gold dragon.
