A late update for June!…things go from not so good to definitely not so good. Pom is a very optimistic pumpkin, but everyone has their limits.

I am not even sure really what to talk about…Everyday is just as tough as the one before it, and I sure get lonely here…Seems folks here in the Sprawl just aren’t that friendly, and no one seems to wanna slow down a lil’ bit and chat. I see why other pumpkins have farmers an’ families an’ stuff to help them get nice and big for the festival….Would sure be good to have someone say “Gosh you’re getting so fat and soft” instead of “Can’t you move your fat ass faster and stock those shelves!?” It just doesn’t have the same ring to it. i really thought i could get ready for that contest on my own but…i just dunno anymore.

I feel like I don’t belong here in the Sprawl…but I sure can’t go back to the farm either. My farmer said he didn’t have a place for me there anymore….
