By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.

I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

• Payment via PayPal USD

• You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish your picture

• If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.

• All Commissions are done DIGITAL and you will receive a PNG High-Resolution. Also I can send File on your e-mail if you want it - ask me.

• The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc. (However, I will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.)

• I take the right to refuse a Commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character

REFUNDS:

• You'll get your art, no refunds if you've paid with Boosty
• If I have not started your sketch, you can cancel the commission and get full payment back.
• Once you agree with the sketch, I continue and finish the work. If the FULL work is finished, I do not return the money. If the half of the work is finished, I'll give back 40% of the price. Work and my time are to be paid
• Also possible corrections or additions to the picture are to made at the stage of sketch (shape correction) and flat color (color correction). If this is a later stage - one change for free ; extra changes - $10 per mini change. All additions I draw over the work.
