Yes, this is indeed a Pokemon fanfic commission, for a kangaroo dude named Androo, also known as Smitty. For someone who doesn't give a rat's ass about Pokemon, it would make sense that this wouldn't interest you at all. However, if you do give a lick about pokemon, maybe you should give it a read.
