Looks like Lady Watamaraka is preparing to discipline a condemned soul.

Or maybe she's about to reward one of her slaves....with one hundred lashes.

In Watamaraka's realm of Hell, there are three tiers of souls.

1. Condemned Souls have no rights at all. They are forever tortured; the level of torture depending on their crimes/sins committed on the mortal realm. Crimes against children are considered the most despicable, and are given the most sadistic of tortures. (Sometimes she will call on her demonic cousin Zasiphoriel to help with the child rapists.)

2. Slaves are souls whose crimes/sins are not judged to be worthy of endless torture. They have limited rights. They can also fall to Condemned status if they screw up too many times.

3. Kith are souls who have willingly given themselves to Lady Watamaraka when they were mortals. They are still considered slaves, but they are of a higher status. Their sins were minor, and they were followers of Watamaraka when they were alive. There are very few Kith in Watamaraka's realm, and all of them are supervised by Lady Empusa, Watamaraka's second in command.

Lady Watamaraka never tortures her Kith. But if they ask her to, she will playfully whip them. She considers her Kith as her disciples, and she never abuses her disciples.

I let Demona have her way with Lady Watamaraka. She decided to do something sexy but clean. And this is the result.
