Lady Empusa is a longtime friend of Lady Watamaraka, as well as one of her lieutenants. She is also the mother of Akua.

Empusa is half dragon, half cat. The thing that make her unique is the evil looking spike integrated into the end of her tail. The spike is razor sharp, and never needs maintenance. Empusa is known to use the spike to give male slaves "close shaves" if they misbehave.
