An excerpt of the poem "For Those Not Here".  A poem that I wrote two years ago. 

I wanted a visual to go with the words. Recently I saw two drawings by Kittydee that struck a chord with me. I asked her to draw Kyrell performing "Taps" with the tears rolling down his face. 

It's not often that I commission a moody piece. And hopefully, it will be a long time before I have to again.
