A project for my dear friend Mandy of the humanized version of her character Neve with her boyfriend Neoma....the Fabulous!

Mandy owns Neve, but Neoma belongs to her friend Safyran.

Painting the dark, moon lighted scene was a new lighting technique for me. I hope it turned out okay.
