      Exactly ! Most of them do....I'm happy to accommodate them but sometimes it goes over the top.

        Funny enough, the heat NEVER got to me unless someone (usually a waitress since everyone else knew better) mentioned that it happened to be hot in the kitchen. Then it was all I could think about and I'd have to take breathers in the walk-in.

          Oh god I know what you mean ! It's all good until someone mentions that it's 108 degrees.....then it's the cold wet dish rag around the neck and the 8hrs agony lol.
