There was a different place, a place where some known but really unknown creatures were living. A place so strange, but interesting, too... That place was around by highest mountains and greenly valleys. The flowers grew up without problem, atmosphere was perfect to live there as a legendary creature... But those creatures weren't classic monsters as you know in fancy tales... They were really majestic creatures... They were dragons. Those dragons had crystals, different kinds of crystals covering their bodies. That reason made them to be called Crystalgons, the most weird and even magic race of all times.

And that place was Drako. The land of Crystalgons... I hope you can be there someday.

Well, I can say I was there. Indeed. I could know many friends and enemies of mine because I was chosen, chosen for a special mission. Eh… I have to say I’m like a kind of otherkin (I mean a soul creature inside of a human body, can you believe it?) But, it’s OK… This is a long story, so… Sit down and read it.

I was drawing on my room, I didn’t have much inspiration to create my own character but there everything changed suddenly... All the room turned in a deep silence, darkness had come there and I was like a statue, still, petrified by the weird moment. Then, a blue shine rose from the nothing. It turned on as a blinding spark in middle of the dark room. I was staring it, stunned. There, a pair of reptilian eyes was drawn. Immediately, I heard a voice. “Please, save my land”, it said me. I couldn’t understand anything; really I was muted by the mysterious scene. But, I decided to say something and then I spoke to it. “Who are you? Where are you from? And why did you choose me?” I said. The voice never replied me. Just it said me it: “let me be part of you, we have to be together as an only body… It will let us save our worlds from the incoming evilness”. A white light wave came around the room, my belongings were disappearing, and I was transported into a new place. Then, seven shining crystals rounded us. The sight turned real, it was staring me with worry and kindness simultaneously. “My home is in danger; I’m close to dead if I don’t find for a pure human soul… Just such I can live to fight for my race…” I couldn’t speak again. But, the entire environment at my around was turning in a cave. A dragon was in front of me, I never noticed that sight was turning in a complete and unknown creature for me. The dragon spoke me one more time: “You are my chosen partner. Please, don’t let me die waiting the darkness come around of us, destroying whatever is in its way. Our souls are linked by the energy of them, because we are so seemed. We are seemed, especially in qualities that we share, like goodness and justice.” Suddenly, tears came out from my eyes, I couldn’t believe that majestic words, never nobody had said me those things, really I was being recognized by somebody different. I was starting to trust him, each time it was harder. “So, you chose me for that reason? I didn’t expect it from a… Eh… What thing are you? You look like a dragon but you are different”, I answered him. “A Crystalgon. A dragon with crystals like them”, he said me while he was pointing the crystals that were rounding us. I was even more impressed than when I was in my room. So, I stretched my hand to him to touch his crystals, to feel his scaly skin, to hug him, even. Really I was amazed facing a legendary creature like him. “I… I… I agree, I could be with you in one body, because I trust you, I know your goal is to live forever in a peaceful place, like I wish, too. Please, don’t leave me alone, make your wish”. After I said it, an intense light covered us, I closed my eyes, then I felt coldness inner me, I was still like a stone, without any knowledge about what was happening outside of me. So, I heard three loud words in my mind: “I am alive!” The cave enlightened completely, I opened my eyes, and the seven crystals that were rounding us turned them in a star beneath of me. The cave was disappearing, bit to bit I began to see my rooms, all my belongings, my bed, my drawing stuffs… Everything was there as if never happened anything. So, I wondered… “Did it was a dream? Darkness was real? How it happened? I don’t underst- Whoa! What is it? It’s fantastic!” I looked to my sketch block, I couldn’t believe when I saw that thing… A full body drawing of that dragon, my Crystalgon partner… Finally, his voice spoke me again: “I forgot present to myself… I’m Auralino, the Crystalgon leader from Drako. Right now I’m more than your partner… I’m your guard, Groove”. His voice left to sound. “Wait… What? How do you know my name? Huh? Are you there?” He didn’t answer. “Oh, well… There is anymore to do. So, I hope this alliance be my best taken decision in my life. Oh, the night came quickly… It’s time to sleep”. Finally I decide to take my sleep; I was tired after that incredible event.

The next day, I woke up too early, I felt different, something unusual in me. I saw all around of me too clearly, even I didn’t need my glasses. I could go down from my bed (I sleep in a high bed) easily than before. My feet felt uncomfortable… I couldn’t explain why. Some noises far away of me were sounding too loud. My head was hurting me, like a headache. And I messed up everything behind of me while I was walking to the bathroom. I wanted go out of my home… “What the weird, I feel as if I wasn’t me as usual… Why?” My head crashed against the door frame. Curiously I didn’t feel the most little pain. And, when I covered my head… What the heck?! I had only three digits in my hands! And I had less hair, it looked like fur! I saw my hands, they were blue, and they ended in sharp claws… As I could, I went to see me in a mirror into the bathroom… What the surprise when I saw my face for the first time in the day! I was completely blue! My eyes were in both sides of my head! I had a horn in my… Muzzle! And I had a spear-shaped horn! And my big mouth was bigger than before… Oh, my… No! My tongue was coldly blue, too! My skin turned scaly, with some plaques covering my belly… I was naked! My shoulders had two huge spikes, too… And some protuberances were outstanding of my cheeks… “Yikes! I’m a monster! Well, I’m not ugly… What’s that behind of me?!” I saw a brushed tail, with a golden ring, too… And I had two silver wings in my back… I was really transformed! Until… I thought, “My drawing…” I tried to go back to my bed and I grabbed that drawing where my dragon, I mean, Auralino, was drawn. When I saw the drawing, I surprised me. I was like Auralino when I saw him in the cave; really Auralino was inside of my body, inside of my soul. I grinned then. I’m a Crystalgon, woot! But a sentence was shouted from the kitchen on my home… “Honey, it’s time to breakfast!” Oh, my God! Mom was calling me! Why me?!
