Lord Kaento, Alun Seer of Wind

The second eldest of the five Natori-Alun and the next after Miqua to join the Natorian Council ranks, Lord Kaento is sought and respected for his intelligence... and perhaps to some, yes, his beauty. It is, however, his amazing mind and near clairvoyance that find him advising even the highest Council officials; prizing sound logic over faulty notions such as empathy. As both a scholar and a soothsayer of sorts, he takes position instructing young advisers and cultivating students of Wind.

Despite his rather feminine disposition (and... yes, appearance), he is seen as the stern father-type among the five Alun. While they jokingly refer to him as "Mother," they do indeed respect his discerning judgment; even to its more cumbersome lengths. He does not disapprove of Soleia's carefree ways, but they often cause him to worry not only for her future as a leader, but for the future of the Council.

Kaento, being an elemental of Wind or Air, has many avian traits. His Patron Beast, or Yajato is the Great Bird, and thus his other forms (since Alun are able to take many) are avian in nature. The human legend of the Harpy is likely to have begun with an Alun of Wind in the past; and he is known to assume such a winged form to search the skies or in battle.
