Another interesting plush commission included in the TONS of plush stuff I've been doing lately.
Here's a sleepy Gnome from Tales of Xillia!

• Made of soft fleece all over and moderately stuffed... makes a great pillow, I'm sure. X3
• Largest plush to date! at 23"(~60cm) from nose to feet! Its ears hang downward the same length. It's just under 2lbs. x_x
• Meant to be a cosplay prop and is probably "life-sized" were it a real creature, lol.
• The tail has sculpted foam inside to reduce weight and stand upright; and the ears have a layer of quit batting inside.
• Its sleepy face is all applique, along with the markings on the ears. Hair is simply single-layer fleece.
• Looks muuuch better from the front. <_<;

This little guy was fun. It's the first time I used a tape pattern method; taking a hint from fursuit-building. WIP photos can be found on its Trello card if you're curious. Things I learned: make your tape-baby BIGGER. While tiny pattern pieces may scale up nicely, they may not always look the greatest on such a large scale. XD

I would do more stuff like this if I just had the space to tinker. ;_; Working on it, tho!
