I've gotten to a point in my life where I no longer enjoy the time shift that winter brings with it. I'm ok with the cold, and I enjoy the snow when I get the chance, but the only con is leaving for work in the dark, and getting home in the dark.
It's become more-so an issue since I got a garage. It's not exactly enjoyable being out there in the quiet cold air where the slightest peep of sound carries to the walls of every nearby apartment building. Passer-byers also become a lot more quieter than usual. It's very unsettling. I've come to learn I enjoy working outside far more in the daylight.
Also a good chunk of Mazda and Nissan drivers around here have their auto-headlights turned off so we get a lot of invisible drivers. lol
