Done for a friend of mine.
I based the image off of their current town initially, but they say it reminded them so much of their hometown. It's amazing to me how much joy something like this can cause.

The background ate most of my time; having to dab in every single building, car, light, and tree, and unfortunatly it still isn't 100% what I was going for, but you can only take so much before it's "good enough" and you call it done.

Color correction was also tricky since across 3 different systems the colors changed. In the end, I think my phone is the most accurate of the bunch, so chances are the horrible orange and green overlay will be non-existant to most of you. I just wanted to add a nice bloom effect, which it does look nice on my tablet, but it's murky garbage on the monitor, and the bloom isn't there at all on the phone.

Whatevs. It was good practice. Another step forward, albeit slow.
