Apatheia runs a bar in the Underworld which is one of the better establishments in the realm. I like to think in my headcanon Hades sometimes pops in for a bit of advice from the only other nymph from the Cocytus that he knows personally. Hint: she's also a big fan of the king so like...that gets her a few bonus points from his majesty.
