The first of three commissions, with this one starring a blue rubbery otter who’s small enough to be mistaken for a toddler. Forget being carded when you’re buying liquor… at this size, you can’t even walk near a day care center without becoming one of the residents!

This is the first time (or at least, one of the very few times) I've used the dreaded yellow diaper tapes in a drawing. Normally I'd question the authenticity, but there's so much blue going on in this picture that I had to offer some contrast somewhere.
