Yes! We have a farm now, 80 acres, and currently 7 colonies of bees. :) We were considering making mead last year but didn't get around to it, but if we get a honey harvest this year... it's going to happen. :) http://ofbees.com

How have I not seen that before? That is absolutely excellent! I need to dig up some bucks and get a bee sumi-e and/or some honey from you cool cats if either is still available.
Jess is in FL trying to get a decent Disney job and I'm in KY doing IT, but man there are times I wish we were pointed in a direction to do our own farm like that.

I remember seeing that, but the notes bring new awesome to this (I don't remember seeing the notes before)! I think that was the last critter shindig the wife and I went to. You might have been talking about getting or having gotten the farm back then? This makes me think of a possibility for the future: Farm, bees, wine, MEAD.
