Terms of Service:

Due to neurological issues (VisualSnow), I sometimes become unable to draw for periods of time.
If during your commission I find myself unable to draw, your picture will be refunded.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

• You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
• I stream a lot of my art online. If you do NOT wish for your art to be streamed, you must let me know in your commission form.
• You MUST make certain all owners of included characters are aware and consent to art being drawn. For this reason I will not do surprise gifts.
Additional confirmation from participating users may be requested.
• Payment is due after the first sketch has been cleared by the commissioner.
• Files will be provided by in high resolution PNG or JPG only.
• The Commission form is required no matter how many times you’ve commissioned me previously.
• You are required to clear any art you get of a character you don’t own with the owner of said character. Failure to do so will get you blacklisted.
• Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change. Prices and ToS on commissions already ordered and agreed on will not be subject to change.

I will not draw, including but not limited to the following:

• Hyper, vore, hypnosis, rape/non-con, beastiality, scat/watersports, cub/diapers, birthing/unbirthing, tickling.
• Adult content featuring minors, or characters looking like minors.
• Hateful/offensive content.
• Copyrighted characters.
• Heavy military themes.

Explicit Adult(18+) content:

• I do M/M and M/F content of binary sexes.
• Preference for tasteful/romance over graphic porn.

Stuff I'm bad at, commission at your own risk:

• Vehicles. cars, bikes etc.
• Buildings, architecture, interior design.

As the Artist

• I choose if your commission is suitable for my gallery or not.
• I retain the right to repost the finished piece for self-promotion with due credit to the commissioner.
• I reserve the right to refuse my services to anyone, including but not exclusive to known scammers/offenders listed on ArtistBeware.
• I reserve the right to at any point cancel a commission with a refund for any reason.
• I retain all commercial rights for your commission or commissions.

As the Commissioner/ Client

• The client may repost their art at will with credit to the artist.
• The client retains all rights to their own characters.
• The client may use the art freely as a reference for other artists.
• The client may cancel their commission at any time. Refunds will be issued for work not completed.
• The client may produce prints for personal use.
