[Squawk] At Night

Fortuna

This is Squawk.
He's my Anxietybird

He's very twitchy and nervous.
He keeps me up at night quite often cause he gets lonely and screams for attention quite a lot.

I think most people do. Few people are completely immune to this kind of thought patterns, but hopefully we can learn how to deal with them in good ways :)

comes, humming a music, pets gently squawk before to hit him like a ball of baseball with a bat out of the window, closes it and go away humming the same song

      Thanks :)
It's really just a typical anxiety thing for me.
Most of it don't have a whole lot of logical basis behind it and I try not to take it to heart too much :)

    The worst bird.

That awkward moment when you feel as embarassed today by something stupid you said 10 years ago (that nobody else will even remember) as you did back then.

Oh man yeah... I know this feeling all too well.
Though my "squawk" constantly tries to remind me why everything will go wrong at any given moment :/

    Ah, this thing... yeah, familiar.
But the magic words "oh well" and "f**k it" help a lot for me. Highly recommend :)

Ugh. I've been dealing with my own Squawk-y side for years. It's taken a lot of support from the Woman I Love and the people who care about me to get me to better manage my anxieties.
Sometimes, there still there, and it takes effort to work through them.
