Hey everybody! Me again!
I just finished this for myself as a proof of concept of making the start too a moving hypno eyes icon thing. I had fun with the neons and eye strain colors! I will be hopefully posting a semi animated version soon and if it goes well I will be using this as a base for a YCH icon!
