A couple of new characters! Noel (rhymes with "toll", unlike the traditional pronunciation) and his older sister Celyn. I came up with them around Christmas time last year, but I've barely done anything with them since then and just now got around to working on their designs. I did Noel's a while back, but here I made him a bit chubbier and fluffier. You'll see more of him around the holidays instead of Forest (maybe anyway). Now prepare yourself for goofy holiday-related backstory for them!

Noel is the younger of the two siblings, a bumbling, shy reindeer who's always seen blushing for some reason or another, earning him the nickname "Rudolph" from his sister...Which of course just makes him blush even more. He struggles to find his place in the world, and deals with self-confidence issues; in particular his antlers, which don't seem to grow in as fast as he would like. He's started marking them with tape just to see how far they grow out, but its a slow process when all the other deer his age seem to be much further along. He's also failed his flying test 2 years running now, meaning he's still on his trainer's license (no flying over 10 feet). It probably doesn't help that he's actually afraid of heights either.

Fun fact: Fruit and cake scented (like a Fig Newton!)

Celyn is the more confident and older of the two, and the "star" of the family. She's currently in charge of the Letter Processing Center at the North Pole, is one of the fastest reindeer around, and also deals with retrieving mail from all over the world. She's strong and capable, the complete opposite of her younger brother, and is constantly trying to build up his confidence one way or another (which usually just ends up embarrassing Noel even more). Its hard to tell on this sketch, but she's taken to taping up her own antlers like her brother's to show her support for him.
