Flashback to Zal's first meeting with Forest. Seems the young mage has struck out on his own, and almost immediately ran into trouble. A keyblade wielder actually attracts the Heartless to them, so wandering out on your own without knowing what you're doing can be dangerous...

I had a lot of fun with this page! I'm especially proud of that last panel there, that was the most fun to do...Also the dynamic shading, Manga Studio 5 makes that a lot of fun.
