It seems Yen Sid knows a bit more about this than the little wolf. This is again, a glimpse back into Forest's past, which is a bit fractured so he only remembers bits and pieces like this. This part seems important...

Well, that's a bit better in terms of turn around...I've had this image on this page stuck in my head for quite a while now, I'm glad I finally got a chance to draw it. Its based off of Yen Sid in Disney's Fantasia, where he glares down at his apprentice (Mickey) after finding the mess he made with his magic hat. I wanted to draw a scene similar to that, but instead of having the other character cowering before the powerful wizard, instead staring up with defiance in their eyes, despite the welling tears.

Yen Sid really is fun to draw, lol.
