My final project for Design Seminar. We just had to pick an illustration, the class critiqued it, and then we completed/fixed what was mentioned.

This is my character Arkham. He exists in the universe of H.P. Lovecraft, and I love him. His human mother lived in a home that contained an entrance to one of the monstrous planes of existence described in Lovecraft's stories, so her pregnancy was affected. That's where Arkham came from, so he hears constant demon whisperings as they other beings try and influence his life in the human plane. He's cranky and likes to drink. He's gotten the voices down to a dull roar and barely hears them now.
