So much attention to detail in these series of drawings you did! I guess I keep cycling through them because I have them all open in separate tabs. I like the style of this one in particular and how most of his face is hidden/out of the canvas. It can really be taken many different ways like that where the viewer is left to fill in the rest, especially as far as emotion. While I'm guessing by his body language, or what we can see from his hand and how he has a loose grip I'd say there is a bit of tension and yet distraction. Anyway I'm probably looking too deep into it, but that's how it feels to me. I love this one! I really like the detail work put into his uniform especially.
