BBQ at the Beach

This is a commission for three friends of mine, Ruth, Raiyoku and LadyRed. They decided to have all of their dragons enjoy a casual day at the beach.

From left to right, Ruth is lighting the BBQ, LadyRed is the one basking, and Raiyoku is preparing to sneak all the cupcakes.

      Thanks! I think this is the most people I've drawn in a picture, so it was hard to get everything in proportion etc.

        I think it came out great - the foreshortening on Ruth's torso is well done and Raiyoka's sitting pose is nice, has a real sense of weight.

          I used a 3d model program to set up the poses, it was really handy! It meant I could have the same light source for everyone etc.
