This is inspired from the "Too Many Cooks" intro skit thing.
This skit has a ton of 70ies / 80ies crap in it but I'm a 80ies / 90ies kid so F that noise.
I made this pretty quickly because I'm about to die so my time is limited.
I drew Reptar. Reptar is a character of Rugrats.
