Description 
Although slowly draining the arcane energy out of one living being is comparatively efficient, Iraya's propensity for control has provided her with the luxury of being able to trade out quality for quantity. When in the heat of a battle, suddenly ripping away a large portion of someone's life force is a great way to tip the scales in her favor, even if it might not completely fulfill her mana needs. Ideally, you'll never have to see this spell in action, as it is very volatile.
