'S been a while since I've drawn all four of these guys, huh? I still don't have names for the other three. Ideas welcome!

I learned a lot of new Photoshop techniques and cursewords trying to composite this dumb thing just right. Nobody would take Edge seriously as a rock magazine if there weren't just the right level of gratuitous grungy texture all over everything. And yes, they do take themselves 100% seriously, umlauts and all. Even so, I wish I were better at writing cover blurbs.

This time around, all of the fake band names are my own creation. I literally keep a file of these things. "Pigs on Strike", for the record, was inspired by a conversation about why the price of ham had skyrocketed. And "Laserwört" has got to be the best name for a metal band ever, seriously why has it not been taken yet.
