Penalty Killing woes lead to Memphis' undoing as Colton scores specialty hatty.

The first period in Baltimore was relatively quiet, with a single goal for the home team scored alone by Kay Malise. Tozan Southerpacks was called for an elbow to the head of PJ but the Blue Herons were able to kill it off, ending the period up by 1.

In the second period we saw a bit more action, with Memphis tying it up for a little while on a breakaway by Sukotto Abney. A few minutes later Abney was called for Holding the Stick of Krystal Lawrence who was heading straight for the net with the puck. It wasn't until later on a power play following Clyde Ull boarding Sam Gray that Baltimore's James Colton would get the go-ahead on a cross-ice pass from Selden. With the score, Baltimore would take the 1 goal lead into the third.

A penalty-ridden third from Memphis by Nitsaw, Bailey MacTavish and Eli Husky led to a finished power play hat trick for James Colton, sealing the 1 GAA performance for Rowan DeKatherine and a W for Baltimore 4-1.
