A strong start became a strong end as Erie continued to secure their lead in the division.

The game in Victoria started quietly as teams worked back and fourth, trying to catch a break agianst the opponents defences. For the first 3/4 of the period the score remained tied, before Erie Tail Storm forward Beino Conway was able to break the tie and score the game first goal. The Tail storm was able to get a second soon after and ended the first with a 2-0 advantage.

After a busy but quiet second, the third started off much like the first, 10 minutes in looking like a possible shutout for Erie, but at the 13th minute Totem Paws Forward Tanjil Skooma was able to get one by Drake Husky and the lead was down to 1. However that was all that Husky would allow get by him, and with a final tally by Cliff Pumpkin, the Tail Storm would go onto win by a final score of 3-1.
