Hello to all Commissioners, GMs, Players and Fans of the FHL. As we have cleared the All-Star Break and begin the second half of the FHL Season, It is time for the Fourth Game of the week of the season, featuring the Saskatoon Prairie Dogs visiting the St. Louis Spirits.

At the start of the season, the hopes and possible potentials of of Saskatoon and St. Louis had very different points, and as the season has gone ahead, each team has had their own level of success within that.

For the Prairie Dogs, it has been a season of hope. Having missed the playoffs since Season 1, the Prairie Dogs had hoped for grown and a chance at making it in. With improvement shown in the last year, and the Acquiring of the high scoring Backdraft Wolf last season, the Prairie Dogs find themselves on the up and up. Currently 3rd in the Western playoff race, and 4 points ahead of 4th place Victoria, the Prairie Dogs high scoring offense has put themselves in prime position to buck the seasons old trend!

For the St. Louis Spirits, it has become the return to the business as usual as they work their way towards their main goal: getting the cup. Perennial divisional winners, St. Louis struggled a bit early and was challenged by San Antonio for the Divisional lead. However, thanks to their excellent defensive core and powerful offensive generation by players like Centerman Joshua Underhill, they have been able to turn stuff around, and are now 8 points ahead of the Savages for the Rocky Mountain divisional lead. This of course is all part and partial to the teams true goal, to make their way to the cup, likely though their conference rivals who dashed their hopes the past two seasons, the Salt Lake City Killer bees.
